ups to Coach Whitten for providing her with a great plan. I'm sure if you ask Robyn she would tell you
that she could not have done it wiithout Whitten. Her husband Bruce kicked butt too with an 11:49.

Jan, 31st. Lael was celebrating
his 50th birthday in Key West,
Florida and just happened to
hear on the radio there was
going to be a Half Marathon
race the next day. He thought
he would try out his new age
group. With temps in the low
70's and cloudy, It was a great
day for a Strong Arm to go for
a run. Lael ran a 1:36:48 to get
second in his new age group.
