Ashley MacCurdy

Ashley MacCurdy (a.ka. Tina to fellow teammates) was born and raised in Plano, Texas where she graduated from Plano Senior High School in 2001. She ventured to Southern Illinois University after accepting a four year swimming scholarship for the SIU women’s swimming and diving team. Ashley earned her bachelor’s in marketing and her masters in business & administration.

During her four year tenure on the SIU women’s swim team, Ashley received multiple honors including four-time Missouri Valley Conference Champion and four-time All-Conference recipient. Prior to her senior year of college, her father motivated her to begin competing in triathlons.

Within her first season of competing, Ashley qualified for the 2005 Age Group World Championships in Hawaii. She has also earned Honorable Mention every season. Now Ashley resides in Addison where she is employed with Newspapers First as a Sales and Project Coordinator. This is Ashley's third season to be a proud member of the Brian Loncar Racing Team. She competes in the women’s 25-29 age group. GO TEAM LONCAR!!!
