Robyn Fitzgerald

Robyn Fitzgerald grew up in New Orleans. In high school she competed on the track team, played volleyball, basketball and was a cheerleader as well.
Robyn graduated from 'Ole Miss' with a dual major in Psychology and Sociology. She went on to get her BS in Nursing from LSU Medical School.


Robyn has completed several marathons since she moved to Dallas in 2000. This is Robyn's 5th year competing in triathlons. She has participated in multiple sprint and olympic distance races, several IM 70.3 races, and she completed IM Florida 140.6 in November 2009. Robyn is a competitive athlete in the 40-44 age group.


Robyn resides in North Dallas with her family. Her husband races in triathlons as well. Her daughter is a competitive gymnast and her son is on the DM swim team. Robyn works as a recovery room nurse at a day surgery center. She also does international surgical mission work.
