Rick Rosales
Rick was born in Bellflower, California and moved to Texas in
1982. He became a field technician with an Environmental
testing company in 1997, and for the last 2 yrs. has worked as
an Environmental Technician for Dallas/Fort Worth Int’l Airport’s
Environmental Affairs Division. Rick currently resides in
Mansfield, TX. with his wife of 12 yrs. and 3 children.

He ran track in 6th grade and hated it. Rick was a 3 yr. starter
for Cedar Hill High Baseball team. It wasn’t until the end of his
Junior year when the baseball coach thought it would be a good
idea for some of the ballplayers to run cross-country for
conditioning to get ready for my Senior year. He has been
running ever since 1990, so thanks Coach!

In 1999 was about the time he began to become competitive in
the South/Midwest Region. Rick was the 2000, 2004 #2 ranked
Duathlete in the SMW Region, and a 2-time USAT Duathlete
Honorable Mention candidate. 2007 was a very successful year
for Rosales. 7 out of 9 races yielded top 10 overall finishes, each
placing in the very difficult M35-39 division. He looks forward to
2008 and representing the Loncar Racing Team.
