Dr. Vince Scheffler


Dr. Vince has been around sports his whole life. In high school he
earned six letters in football, basketball and baseball. After
high school he played football at Hope College where
he started as a punter for four years. In his time at Hope, he
was All League four years and an All American his final two
years, finishing in the top five in the country in net punting
average his junior year. With college behind him, he worked out
with a few NFL teams but nothing ever came of it.
Currently, Dr. Vince is active in numerous activities. He enjoys
golfing, sand volleyball, and playing in flag football and
basketball leagues. Lately he has been introduced to trail riding
and, of course, triathlons. Dr. Vince is always up for new
challenges and 2008 promises to be filled with many.
Dr. Vince Scheffler, a doctor of Chiropractic, specializes in sport
specific rehabilitation. He works with Dr. Camille at the Reagan
Chiro SportCenter. He is also a strength and conditioning
specialist and has worked as a personal trainer for four years.
Dr. Scheffler did his undergraduate work in Exercise Science at
Hope College and later graduated from Parker College of
Chiropractic here in Dallas. He has had the opportunity to treat
numerous athletes from all over the world, including work at the
2006 Central American and Caribbean Games in Cartegena,
Colombia. Dr. Scheffler is a firm believer in a wellness lifestyle
and has given several talks on the subject matter. He enjoys
working with people who want to maximize their potential.
